  • 90/10% Split for Commercial Sale Transactions
  • Cap: 24 Transactions
  • Monthly Tech Stack Fee: $98 (optional)
  • Annual Advocate Assurance Fee: $500 (paid from first transaction)
  • All transactions have a $195 Admin & Risk Management Fee

Team Plan

  • $500 Success Share Fee per transaction
  • $125 per Lease Transaction
  • Cap: 24 transactions + (6x number of agents)
  • 90/10% Split for Commercial Sale Transactions
  • Monthly Tech Stack Fee: $500 for 8 agents (optional)
  • Team Leaders control their % splits after brokerage fee
  • Team Leader required to receive minimum 10% split from team members
  • Annual Advocate Assurance Fee: $1200 (paid from first transaction)
